Line Color 2D is a relaxing but demanding puzzle about guiding a colored line. You slide it across a flat circuit, paint the complete route and reach the finish. Moving obstacles get in the way, so each move needs planning. It is easy to pick up, and the arrow keys are all you need to move around the board.

What we saw when we played Line Color 2D

When we opened Line Color 2D on October 15, 2026, on a desktop browser, the game appeared in a narrow portrait column over a deep purple background. The top of the screen showed a settings gear on the left and a gray pill labeled LEVEL 0. In the middle was a small white box with a dark purple lid, containing a red speckled cube in the lower left, a bright green square near the bottom center and three orange striped blocks scattered around the walls. Beneath it, a white TAP TO PLAY button sat on a yellow-and-orange striped floor.

The screens were almost identical in all five frames. The button stayed on the screen and pulsed slightly larger from frame to frame. In the last two frames a handful of small dark red dots appeared next to the red cube, which looked like a particle effect, but the cube did not travel and no colored line was drawn. We did not see a level start, even after clicks and arrow-key presses, so we cannot describe the actual route-painting or the moving obstacles. The game's own instructions list the arrow keys for movement. The bold flat colors and minimal layout made the title screen very easy to read.

How do you start Line Color 2D?

Click the white TAP TO PLAY button under the board. Our clicks and key presses did not visibly start a level in the frames we captured, so we cannot say what happens next.

What are the controls in Line Color 2D?

The game's own instructions say to use the arrow keys to move. The game also says to press and holding to slide the colored line, but we did not see that in action.
