If you like 2048, this one adds a wrinkle: tiles slide in eight directions instead of four. Combine equal numbers to climb toward 2048, 4096 and further, and try to push your score as high as you can. There are daily rewards, boosters, timed challenges and a global leaderboard, plus themes like City, Jungle, Desert, Snow and Aquarium.

What we saw when we played 2244 Number Match
When we opened 2244 Number Match on October 15, 2026, on a desktop browser, it began with a dark purple loading screen: four colored number tiles reading 2, 2, 4, 4 with a small gold crown, the word KING underneath, and a green progress bar under "Loading...". Our second frame showed the bar partway full, and the third frame was fully black while the game started.
The home screen was a dark, snowy scene. A large green Play button sat at the bottom center, with a pointing hand beside it in one frame. A tile marked 2 labeled Highest Tile was in the middle, above a column of locked tiles numbered 4 and 8. Side buttons were labeled Daily, Free Spin, Free Cash and Music on the left, and Create, a +30 video reward, Challenge and a trophy icon on the right. A gem counter showed 100, and arrows pointed to Desert and Jungle, which suggests selectable scenery. We never got past this screen, so we did not see the board or a merge in action.
